Health and well-being

By eating well and maintaining a balanced lifestyle, you will be able to enjoy student life to the fullest and deal with the  rigours of academic study.

So when you join the University of Greenwich,  you are given access to extensive resources and support services that will help  you improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

This includes information and guidance on:

  • Eating healthily
  • Preparing food hygienically
  • Keeping a positive outlook
  • Exercising and relaxing
  • Spotting the symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression, both in yourself and others
  • Recognising the signs of, and obtaining early treatment for, diseases such as meningitis, tuberculosis and mumps.
