Students studying undergraduate programmes part or full-time can apply for a variety of loans and supplementary grants such as child care grant to support the cost of their studies. The level of entitlement depends on a number of factors and not all loans and grants are available to everyone. Further information is available on the Directgov website. You may also find the answer to some frequently asked questions here .
We recommend that you make your application to Student Finance England or regional equivalent as soon as the process opens each academic year. There are deadlines by which applications should be made to enable receipt of support at the start of your programme of study. You should also ensure that whilst applying you discuss with those included on your application 'Consenting to Share'. This will enable us to assess your eligibility for some of the bursaries and scholarships we offer.
If you have any queries or concerns that you are unable to get the answer to on the Student Finance England or regional equivalent website, email us at email@example.com .
