Our criminology programmes, developed in consultation with industry, provide students with an overall understanding of the nature of crime and its control, encompassing major theoretical paradigms which have helped formulate theory and practice within the field of contemporary criminology. Providing a thorough grounding in the causes of crime, crime prevention and the criminal justice process and examines and contrasts criminology from a national and international perspective.
