Access to the student portal for new students University of Greenwich

Help and advice about using the student portal.

UCAS applicants who are holding a conditional offer of a place will have their exam results confirmed by the university once it receives the results from UCAS. Exam results are sent directly to the university throughout the confirmation period:

Direct applicants who have applied using the University of Greenwich online application form will need to provide copies of their results (certificates or transcripts) to confirm the offer of a place. Scanned copies or photographs taken with a smart device of the certificates or transcripts can be e-mailed directly to the Admissions team at as soon as the results become available.

Once our Admissions team have received your exam results or qualifications and can confirm that the conditions of a place at the university have been met, the applicant status will change from conditional to unconditional. You can check your applicant status here.

If your status is shown as 'UFAA', congratulations - you have become a new student and the portal will automatically update from the applicant to student view. The first week timetable will be accessible via a web link within the portal.
