The University of Greenwich welcomes students from Canada studying on our undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree, and postgraduate (Master’s) degree programmes.
To join our programmes you will need to meet both academic and English language entry requirements before you start the programme. You need not wait until you satisfy all the entry requirements before you apply to study with us.
Certificates and Diplomas awarded by provinces following Grade 12 can be considered for entry into our undergraduate programmes. Minimum grades will depend on the province within which you have studied. For students who have studied in Quebec, the Diplome d'Etudes Collegiales (DEC) is also accepted.
Advanced standing to Year 2 or Year 3 of certain degree programmes is considered on an individual basis.
Certain programmes have special requirements. For example, some MBA programmes require work experience after graduation at an appropriate level; and those for architecture need to submit a portfolio of their work.
Students who have studied in provinces where English is not the medium of instruction throughout their education will need to provide proof of their proficiency of English.
Summer pre-sessional English language courses and International Foundation Programmes are available.
The International Office has no current plans to visit Canada in 2012. For information about potential visits please contact the international@gre.ac.uk.
