Outgoing students

We encourage University of Greenwich students to gain invaluable experience of other countries and cultures by studying abroad through the Erasmus programme.

Each Erasmus placement offers its own unique opportunities to learn new skills, experience life in another country and make new friends.

Comments from some of our Erasmus students

"The Erasmus Exchange was one of the most exciting periods of my life because I had the chance to make new friends and to see so many different places."
Meryem Dogan
BA Hons International Business and German

"During the Erasmus period in France I found many new friends from all over the world. It helped me a lot to get to know and understand other cultures."
Danielle Anderson
BA Hons History

"I spent a year in Nice on the Erasmus study placement scheme. It's a life-changing experience, where you learn lots of things from different people as well as things about yourself."
Ricky Mapplebeck
BA Hons International Business with French

"There is no better way to improve your language skills whilst getting to know a different culture and people."
Mark Clifton
Business School

"I spent a wonderful time abroad, meeting people from all over the world, thanks to the Wirtschaftsuniversität (Vienna EBA) which made all efforts to make our stay in lovely Vienna unforgettable!"
Adam Levy-Zauberman
Business School

"My time on Erasmus in Krakow is something that I will never forget, I have made lifelong friends, gained confidence, learned another language, albeit patchy, broadened my horizons and have shattered my own preconceptions about Eastern Europe"
