Distance learners

Students undertaking distance learning programmes through the University of Greenwich receive comprehensive help and support through OSCARS, our support service for remote users.

Whether you need general information about a topic or an answer to a specific question, contact our Information and Library Services using our online form and a member of staff will reply with expert advice.

A member of the team will either call you with a response to your query, or if it helps to solve your issue more effectively, they can run a remote support session.

Through OSCARS, distance learners registered with the university can also borrow library books and obtain photocopies from journals and books using our postal loan and photocopy services.
