E-Assessment Research Group

The aim of this cluster is to explore technology driven solutions that can be used to provide effective formative and summative feedback and which lead to the timely development of their impact on learning. It will study the use of existing and new automated e-assessment tools, and how these interface with other platforms. Research will focus on evaluating which approaches provide the best outcomes for different learner groups and subjects, and explore the expectations of diverse student groups with respect to assessment.
