Your campus Student Centre staff can help you with general enquiries relating to your course and book appointments for student support services. There are also designated Information and Advice Officers for international students on each campus who can provide basic advice on immigration issues, produce student-status letters and book appointments with the international student advisers.

If you need to extend your visa to complete your programme of study it is recommended that you attend an International Student Advice Service (ISAS) workshop.

International Student advisers deal with more complex or in-depth personal and immigration issues. You can ask to book an appointment at your campus Student Centre. You can also email the team at isas@gre.ac.uk
ISAS adhere to Office of Student Affairs operational guidelines, policies and statements, and the OISC Regulation of Immigration Advice and Services.

ISAS is regulated by the Immigration Services Commissioner.
As well as following Office of Student Affairs operational guidelines, policies and statements, ISAS adheres to OISC Regulation of Immigration Advice and Services. The OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) is an independent organisation that monitors immigration advice and services.
