Process leading up to registration

When you applied to the university your application was assessed and an offer made. This offer was either academically unconditional or conditional. For international students the offer also included a financial condition of the payment of a pre-registration deposit. If the university was unsure if you are a home or international student, for fee paying purposes you also received a Fee Assessment Form.

You then accepted the offer made to you by:

  • returning the signed acceptance (or calling the Admissions Team for home students / International Office for international students)
  • providing proof of any academic conditions of offer
  • if applicable, you returned the Fee Assessment Form (addressed to Admissions, Fry Building, Avery Hill Road, London SE9 2UG)
  • in the case of international students only, paid the pre registration deposit to the university

Please note: you will only receive your portal username and password once you have completed the admissions process. They will be sent to you by personal email approximately 24 hours after this, or by letter if we do not have a personal email for you.

If you have any questions about your application or any of the above, please call 020 8331 9000.

Once you have completed all steps

Once you have completed all steps you are then ready for registration and you will receive a portal username and password by email to enable you to register online for your programme with us. If the university does not have an email address for you, this information is sent to you by post to the correspondence address you provided on your application form.
