Student Helpline

The Student Helpline is a service for staff and students which provides advice primarily on registration issues: we can remind you of your portal login details, check your registration status, help you understand the registration process, advise you on programme or courses related queries, inform you on fee payment options, help you with uploading a picture for your student ID card, advise you on part 2 of registration at your student centre or college.

We can also refer you to the various teams that can help you with any IT issues you may have:

  • are you being asked for a PIN?
  • are your portal details not working?
  • have you got problems accessing Moodle?

Additionally, we offer information and advice on exams, award ceremonies and conferment (transcripts and certificates) issues, and will be happy to help you with any other information you require.

If we do not have the answer, we will endeavour to find who deals with the area of your query and will refer you to the correct person/service.

Awards Ceremonies

Information and instructions for graduating students attending awards ceremonies.

Exams

Exam timetables, advice and support for students sitting exams.

Request a transcript

All students who have completed their studies within the last 10 years can request a transcript of their programme details.

Duplicate certificates

A duplicate certificate is available to students who have lost or damaged the original certificate issued.
