International Work Experience in Hospitals University of Greenwich

As you know, one of the best ways for students to position themselves for a successful career in healthcare is by gaining high-quality hospital work experience. This real-life training provides invaluable guidance and insight, as well as making them into stronger UCAS candidates.

Gap Medics is an organisation that specialises in this type of work experiences in other countries.

Gap Medics offer students who are aged 16-25 the opportunity to shadow qualified professionals in medicine, nursing, midwifery and dentistry in incredible locations such as Tanzania, Thailand, Croatia and Poland.

Their placements are safe, well-structured and developed to give students a deeper understanding of international healthcare. They also allow students to share their earliest medical experiences with passionate, like-minded individuals from all over the world.

With placements running all summer long, they'd love here from you. Placements run for as long as you would like, however many choose to stay for around two weeks.
