Dr. Babula is a broadly trained social scientist with ten years experience in lecturing, survey design, psychometric testing, and budgeting. He is skilled at integrating social networks, rewarding achievement, and utilizing constructivist learning techniques to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance. He has lecturered internationally at prestigious universities. He has taught Forensic Social Psychology to Department of Defense officials at Marymount University. He has also taught undergraduate and graduate students at Loyola University, University of Balitmore, and Goldsmiths College, University of London. He served a Program Director for General Education at South University before joining the University of Greenwich. Dr.
Dr. Babula also possesses significant private sector professional experience. He is the founder of StatsBusters, LLC, a statistics consulting firm that was created in January 2006. Dr. Babula also possess private sector experience working in the IT and financial services sector.
Currently, Dr. Babula is the course leader for two of the Business School's largest courses: Business, Planning, and Development and Value Chain Management. Dr. Babula serves as a tutor on Personal & Professional Development and Creativity, Design, and Decision Making. In his daily role as a Senior Lecturer, Dr. Babula supervises MBA and PhD students. Recently, he signed a major book deal with a top British publisher. The book is scheduled for release shortly after May 2013.
