Responsibilities within the university

Dr Gabriella Cagliesi is programme leader for the Business School's undergraduate economics programmes. She lectures on the following courses:

  • Macroeconomics I
  • Macroeconomics II

Research/scholarly interests

  • International macroeconomics and finance: The determination of the exchange rate under different regimes, the use of optimal policy making, and policy coordination
  • Econometrics and finance: Econometric analysis and use of the "news" in exchange rate markets, estimation of VAR models, and limited dependent variables model.
