The University of Greenwich will roll out the welcome mat to potential students of all ages on Saturday, June 30, when an open day is staged in their impressive campus housed in the Old Royal Naval College adjacent to the River Thames.
Tours of the Greenwich campus, which is based on a World Heritage Site, will be available as well as information on a wide variety of courses. These will include computing, mathematics, statistics and modelling, business, nursing, midwifery as well as primary and secondary education.
Representatives from a number of the university’s schools will be on hand to talk to visitors and these will include business, engineering, pharmacy, science and education and training.
As well as being in with a chance to win a Nitendo Wii, visitors will also be able to see the student accommodation and listen to talks on choosing the right subject, foundation degrees and financial support. The event runs from 10am to 3pm and visitors can drop in at any time.
